U11's miss out at the Land Rover Cup

A well organised Land Rover Cup was held on Sunday with teams competing to represent the Newcastle Falcons at Twickenham for the Guiness Premiership final. The Flying Foxes were drawn in a group that included our old rivals Northern and although they couldn't progress from the group stages they only conceded two tries in four games.

Pitches out of bounds yet again Sunday 14th February

Sorry everyone but pitches are out of bounds for everyone accept U7 and U8's.

U9 and U10's will need to make alternative arrangements.

U11 and U12's are away at the Land Rover cup at Ryton - there is a pitch inspection at 5.00 ish Saturday: if the worst happens I'll post a message.

Sunday 7th February

Sunday 7th - Rugby at Last!

It looks as though the pitches will be playable this Sunday but if there are any changes after Saturday's Senior games I'll post a message to this site. If in doubt please contact your team manager/lead coach.

The U9 and U10's welcome teams from Alnwick and the U11's host Alnwick, Novos and Ponteland. There is an U16 game scheduled for the day so we should have a pretty full morning.

Important: can all spectators keep off the pitches please - can coaches and managers ask spectators and parents to keep to the outside of the full pitch touchlines?
